    Michelle Patterson
    District Manager

    Michelle has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry as an operations leader. Prior to joining Ninety Rock in 2016, Michelle led teams in Central California and Western New York as a Director of Operations for Olive Garden. She has a passion for service and building a guest-centric culture, along with developing talent and engaging leadership teams.

    Elizabeth (Libby) Crubm
    District Manager

    Libby has over 25 years’ experience in management. Prior to joining Ninety Rock Libby overseen operations of 12 fast casual concepts in the Rochester and Buffalo NY area. She strives for making sure each store runs smoothly and sets goals for individual development.

    Susan Rentschler
    Office Manager

    Suzi joined Ninety Rock in 2016 as coordinator of the training program. She quickly transitioned into a role as the office manager, leveraging her many years of restaurant experience. Suzi first joined the brand when she started with Tim Hortons in 2014 as a Manager of Operations Standards. Hospitality has always been Suzi’s focus, whether serving the guest or supporting the Ninety Rock team. Suzi received her Bachelors of Science in Accounting from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY.

    Mary Kane
    Accountant

    Mary joined Ninety Rock on 2017 as part of our accounting team. She quickly settled into her role with the financials and inventory. With her experience in cash-management, she ensures financial obligations are met, allowing the team to drive operations. Mary received her Bachelor of science in accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY.
